If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you received, please let us know and return the unused product to the Kemstood headquarters for a replacement or a full refund.In order to qualify for a return or refund, the product must have been purchased from Kemstood™ directly. All return claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

If you are returning a non-defective product, we will issue a refund of the purchase price of the item, less the cost of shipping. Returns, refunds, and replacements may take up to 2 weeks to be processed, so please remain patient. Orders that are canceled after they have been shipped will be treated like returning a non-defective product, and the above terms will apply.
