Kemstood™ firmly stands by each and every sold product.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item you received, please let us know and return the unused product to the Kemstood headquarters for a replacement or a full refund.
In order to qualify for a return or refund, the product must have been
purchased from Kemstood™ directly. All return claims must be
made within 30 days of receiving the item.
Before returning the product, we ask that you contact our support team at
email@example.com. If you are returning a non-defective product, we will issue
a refund of the purchase price of the item, less the cost of shipping.
Returns, refunds, and replacements may take up to 2 weeks to be
processed, so please remain patient. Orders that are canceled after they
have been shipped will be treated like returning a non-defective
product, and the above terms will apply.
